Ingredients

Scale

Oil and Herb Mixture

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion bits
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian herb mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Dough and Filling

  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 1 can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 package (5 ounces) mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 1 package (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven and Bundt Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Generously grease a Bundt pan to prevent sticking and allow for easy removal after baking.
  2. Create the Olive Oil Mixture: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, dried onion bits, minced garlic, Italian herb mix, crushed red pepper, and fresh parsley. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between intervals until the butter is fully melted and the ingredients are well blended.
  3. Prepare the Dough and Pan Filling: Cut the biscuits into quarters and pizza dough into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Scatter one-third of the mini pepperoni and parmesan cheese evenly along the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan.
  4. Assemble the Bread Layers: Toss the biscuit and pizza dough pieces in the olive oil mixture until well coated. Place half of the coated pieces into the Bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of the remaining pepperoni and parmesan cheese. Drizzle 1/4 cup marinara sauce evenly over the dough and then sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Complete the Assembly: Add the remaining coated biscuit and pizza dough pieces to the Bundt pan. Top with the rest of the marinara sauce, remaining pepperoni slices, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese to ensure even coverage.
  6. Bake and Serve: Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before carefully removing it. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping if desired.

Notes

  • Use refrigerated biscuit and pizza dough to save time and ensure soft, flaky layers.
  • Adjust the amount of crushed red pepper to control the spiciness to your preference.
  • For easier removal, you may dust the Bundt pan with flour after greasing.
  • This bread is best served warm to enjoy the melted cheese and gooey texture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat before serving.
