Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks to ensure even cooking and good texture.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened and fragrant to build flavor.
  3. Add and season potatoes: Stir in the diced potatoes. Season everything with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano, mixing well to evenly coat all the ingredients.
