Instructions

  1. Prepare Pizza Dough: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, instant yeast, salt, sugar, dried oregano, and garlic powder. Stir well to mix the dry ingredients evenly.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in warm water and 2 tablespoons oil, stirring until just combined. The dough will be very wet at this point.
  3. Knead the Dough: Gradually add the remaining flour while kneading briefly until the dough is soft yet not sticky and no longer adheres to your hands. The dough should feel soft but not firm.
  4. Let Dough Rise: Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it, and set it in a warm, draft-free area to rise until doubled in size, approximately 40 minutes.
  5. Preheat Oven and Prepare Bacon: Heat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil, place bacon strips on it, and bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels before chopping.
  6. Make Scrambled Eggs: Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Heat oil in a medium skillet, pour in egg mixture, and cook while stirring frequently until scrambled and cooked through. Set aside.
